1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and p6666 ("p6666", "we", "our", "us"), governing your access to and use of the p6666 online casino and sports betting platform available at https://p6666.pro and all associated pages, services, tools, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the p6666 registration process, logging into an existing account, depositing funds, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and unconditionally agree to be bound by them. 2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active p6666 account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. p6666 enforces a strict minimum age policy and conducts Know Your Customer ("KYC") age verification for all accounts. Any account where the holder is found to be under 21 will be suspended immediately.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by p6666 or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not currently hold, or have previously held, an account that was suspended or permanently closed by p6666 due to a breach of these Terms.

3 Account Registration

To access the full functionality of p6666, including placing bets, participating in casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account use:

• One account per person. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one p6666 account. The registration of multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") by the same individual, whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number for two-factor authentication. You must notify p6666 promptly if any of this information changes.
• KYC verification. p6666 is required to conduct identity verification in line with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. You agree to provide supporting documentation, including a copy of a valid government-issued identity document, upon request. Accounts where KYC is not completed may have withdrawals suspended until verification is concluded.
• Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. p6666 accepts no liability for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Account currency. All p6666 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No conversion to foreign currencies is offered through the Platform.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

p6666 facilitates all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The following conditions govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on the Platform:

1. Deposits. Deposits made via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are credited to your p6666 PKR wallet instantly. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank are credited upon confirmation from the respective financial institution, which typically occurs within one to three business hours during standard banking hours.
2. Minimum and maximum limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Cashier section of your account. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification tier. p6666 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable prior notice.
3. Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed by p6666 within 30 minutes of submission, subject to full KYC verification being on file. Withdrawals are disbursed exclusively to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in line with anti-money laundering best practice.
4. No third-party payments. You may not deposit funds from a payment source that does not belong to you, nor may you request that withdrawals be sent to a third-party account. All transactions must originate from and return to accounts registered in your own name.
5. Transaction fees. p6666 does not levy processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which p6666 accepts no responsibility.
6. Declined transactions. p6666 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably believes may be connected with fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity, or that fails AML screening checks.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets, casino games, live dealer tables, instant games, and virtual sports available on p6666 are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any product-specific rules published within the relevant game or market interface:

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. You may not cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed bet except where an explicit cash-out or early settlement feature is displayed and available for that particular market.
• All p6666 casino games use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). p6666 does not manipulate, influence, or predetermine the outcome of any game. Results are final as displayed.
• Cricket betting markets, including PSL, Pakistan international fixtures, and global tournaments, are governed by the specific event rules published in the Sports Betting section. In-play markets may be suspended at any time without prior notice due to match events, data feed issues, or integrity concerns.
• p6666 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were offered in error, including markets with clearly incorrect odds ("palpable errors"). In such cases, the stake is returned to the player's PKR wallet.
• Winnings from valid bets and games are credited to your PKR wallet promptly upon settlement and are available for withdrawal subject to the conditions in Section 4.
• p6666 may, at its absolute discretion, limit the maximum stake, maximum payout, or number of simultaneous open bets on any market for any player, including players who are identified as consistently profitable. This is standard practice in the international gaming industry and does not constitute a breach of these Terms.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, p6666 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, deposit match offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible registered members. The following general conditions apply to all p6666 promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") that must be met before any associated funds can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion terms at the time the offer is made.
• Bonuses are awarded in PKR and are credited to your bonus wallet separately from your main PKR cash wallet. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after satisfying the wagering requirement may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit offers are available to new members only, one offer per person. Attempting to claim a new-member bonus on a duplicate account constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of both the bonus and any associated winnings.
• p6666 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, including mid-campaign, where necessary to protect the integrity of the offer or the Platform. Where possible, p6666 will provide advance notice of any material change to an ongoing promotion.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts and hold no cash equivalent value outside the p6666 Platform.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the p6666 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Money laundering. Using p6666 to deposit, transfer, layer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to otherwise facilitate money laundering in any form.
• Fraud and misrepresentation. Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your eligibility to hold a p6666 account or claim a promotion.
• Bonus abuse. Creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to appear as a new user, or exploiting promotions in a systematic manner that is clearly outside the intended scope of the offer.
• Collusion and match-fixing. Coordinating with other players to achieve artificially determined outcomes in poker, live dealer games, or sports betting markets. Any account connected with match-fixing will be referred to cricket or sports governing bodies as appropriate.
• Software exploitation. Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any third-party software to interact with p6666 games or betting markets in a manner that confers an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Chargeback abuse. Initiating unjustified payment chargebacks or reversals with your bank or mobile wallet provider after funds have been deposited and used on the Platform.

8 Intellectual Property

All content published on the p6666 Platform — including but not limited to the p6666 brand name and logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, cricket betting market data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of p6666 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any p6666 content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any p6666 software or game.
• Use p6666 branding, logos, or trademarks in any form without express written authorisation from p6666.
• Frame or mirror any part of the p6666 website on any other website or digital platform.

Any unauthorised use of p6666 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to legal action.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p6666 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the p6666 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by technical failures, scheduled maintenance, internet connectivity issues, or events beyond p6666's reasonable control (force majeure events).
• Errors in game or odds display caused by third-party data feed failures, provided that p6666 takes prompt corrective action upon becoming aware of the error.
• Financial losses sustained as a direct or indirect consequence of your gambling activity on the Platform. Gambling carries inherent financial risk and you participate at your own discretion and risk at all times.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit p6666's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter where exclusion of liability is prohibited by law.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Termination & Account Closure

• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Your account has been used for or is connected with fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity.
• Regulatory, legal, or licensing obligations require account action.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting p6666 support. Upon closure, any withdrawable PKR balance remaining in your account — after deducting any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements — will be returned to you via your registered payment method within five business days, subject to outstanding KYC requirements being satisfied.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which p6666 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the p6666 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting p6666 customer support.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of a dispute being raised, either party may pursue formal resolution through the dispute mechanisms provided under the applicable licensing authority's player complaint procedures. p6666 will cooperate fully with any such process and provide all reasonably requested documentation.

Nothing in this clause prevents p6666 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief before a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate business interests or intellectual property rights.

14 Amendments to These Terms

p6666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they could reasonably affect your rights or obligations as a p6666 member — we will endeavour to provide at least 14 days' advance notice by posting a notice on the Platform homepage or sending a notification to your registered email address or Pakistani mobile number.

Non-material corrections, such as typographical fixes, clarifications of existing policy, or changes required by regulatory instruction, may be made without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision is always shown at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
